This software was developed to eliminate the poor handling of outpatient records. Using the software, human errors in diagnosis and prescription of drugs, misplacement of patient files and delay in patient records retrieval would be decreased. The new system will also improve patient care, drug inventory/dispensing, and patient's information security.
