This is necessitated because of the poor performance of these governmental establishments in terms of their administrative management in the modern technological expanding society we are in, most of the establishment are saddled with so many problems which include that proper administration. The rationale for this work is to establish the fact that an administrative officer has the potentials of enhancing the administration efficiency of the government establishment in the country using Imo State Transport Company as a case study.
