The online customer actually becomes a repository for critical data and corporate assets. TSTV service providers are faced with a lot of challenges, and these problems are caused by the users of their service. Among the problems is the issue of technical support service. In every IT service Co. there is a need for carving out a separate department that will take care of customers' technical challenges and provide rational support to the customers. The aim of online customer care is to provide"anytime anywhere support" to IT users. It recommends adopting an online customer care application for various organizations that provide IT support services because of the general benefit and low overhead cost of deployment again the manual method. Structure System Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM) will be adopted in the analysis. The development tools used are PHP, HTML, and MySQL for the database design. This project if deployed will override the existing manual means of providing support to customers TSTV subscribers and other people who might need support.
