The objective of this study is to examine if effective communication influences organizational performance, to find out if communication influences the organizational administration and also to ascertain if ineffective communication affects administration in the institution. The instrument used for this study is a self-developed questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using tables and percentages. A population of 657 (Six Hundred and Seven) was administered with questionnaires and 80 (eighty) were found useful and use as the sample. The work shows that noise, time, climate and place are organizational environments that affect communication and poor planning, unclarified assumption, poorly expressed messages and communication anxiety are the communication ineffective affecting various management levels in the organization. The work recommends management should maintain a sound relationship between the workers and management and also consistent messages should be sent to the workers so as to keep them alert. An organization building should be structured in a conducive environment.
