Channel 12, Uyo. A survey was used to accomplish the work. The objectives of the study were stated and research questionnaires were formed to guide the research. The research instrument for data collection was the questionnaire that contained questions that are related to the respondents to choose the one that agrees with their opinion. The population for this study was 40 staff of N.T.A. Channel 12, Uyo who returned the administered questionnaires and their responses were analyzed and the findings were discussed at the end of the study and recommendations were also provided which gave birth to successful research work.
