The study used survey designs technique, the population of the study consisted of 200 workers which yaro - yamen formula was used to determine the sample size which was 133. Both primary and secondary sources of data were used to collect the required information. The research questionnaire was analyzed using simple percentage and the hypothesis was tested with chi-square at (5) percent level of significance. The major finding of the study was that the operation of Human Resources Planning were based on the analysis of data collected from the different questionnaire administered to managers, supervisors, clerks and others in the companies. The conclusion was that planning the resources is a great tool in the actualization of organizational growth.
