Cooperatives play the same role of protecting the low earner and developing their socio-economic condition. There are dishonest people who are trying to take advantage of cooperative goodwill in doing microfinance and other financial activities for personal or family benefits. Cooperative is a social enterprise originated and operated to eliminate a specific or group of social problems. Social entrepreneurs are always looking for social benefits rather than profit maximization. The study has tried to identify and justify the analysis that has been done on the cooperatives in the introduction and literature from its first starting in the world and ended the literature showing the present conditions of cooperatives. The analysis has been done on collected primary data in a methodological way to meet up the objectives which shows some problems of cooperative societies.
