The system is full of impersonation and lacks voter verification and authentication. This study proposed the use of a bimodal voter accreditation system with permanent voter’s card and fingerprints. Fingerprint verification is to verify the authenticity of one person by his fingerprint and his identity card and fees receipt. The study utilized the C-sharp (C#) in developing the program at the front end interface and SQLite for the development of the backend.
