This study adopted the descriptive survey research design. For effective analysis of the topic, data were collected only from primary and secondary sources. The study concluded that Information and Communication Technology application in a library is one in which computer systems are utilized to handle one or more library routine systems such as acquisition, serial control, cataloguing and the Online Public Access Catalogue.
