The study had specific objectives which are“to determine the effect of Decision Support System on organizational performance in Independent National Electoral Commission, ascertain the effect of Executive Information System on organizational performance in Independent National Electoral Commission and examine the effect of Artificial Intelligence on organizational performance in Independent National Electoral Commission. In carrying out the study the researcher used descriptive survey design method, while questionnaires were the instrument used in the study and the sample size used for the study is 60 staff of INEC. Simple tables and percentages were used to analyze and present the data collected. And from the conclusion drawn from the questionnaire tables, shows the results of the study that the Decision Support System helps organizations such as INEC to take relevant decisions for their performance. It also concludes that the Executive Information System helps the managers and directors of INEC to take major decisions for certain issues in the organization. INEC using Artificial Intelligence can achieve a greater percentage in the delivery of electoral material and general elections.
