Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine the effect of the impact of poverty and sociocultural impediment on children's education in Nguru, Yobe State. A systematic sampling technique was adopted to adopted selected the collection of data is a questionnaire and a look at some relevant literature. Chapter one deals with the background of the study or introduction chapter two deals with literature review, and three deals with the methodology and procedure of collection data and analysis chapter four deals with results and discussion, summary, and recommendation. The result of poverty and sociocultural practices on Western types of education e.g early marriage erosion of the natural solidarity of the extended family system, teenage frequency gender business elect era.
