The title of this project is Effective Communication as a Tool for Efficiency and Sustainability in Modern Organizations as a Tool for Enhancing Organizational Performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of effective communication in an organization, the way effective communication affects workers' attitudes to work and the effectiveness of such communication techniques. In carrying out this research, the primary and secondary data were used by the researcher. The survey method was used also. Questionnaires were used as instruments for data collection. For the purpose of clarity and understanding of results, data was analyzed in simple tables and percentages, chi-square (X2 ) was used as a statistical measuring instrument for the study. Results of the study provided precise information to ascertain the positive impact of communication on organizational performance.
