In order to give perspective to the study, aim and objectives as well as the corresponding significances were developed and stated. An automated school information system is a large database system that can be used for managing school daily activities. It is configurable and can be configured to meet most individual school’s needs. It is a multi-user system. This system solves real problems encountered by educators every day. Being automated and flexible, the proposed system meets the needs of a huge range of schools. It was developed to respond to a lack of powerful, usable, and open-source school platforms. The study stated the statement of the problem, thus the system's database incorporates product addition, barcode, stock alert sales report, backup and logout. The studies concluded that the design of automated school information systems makes the administration of schools more effective and efficient. Automated information enhances day-to-day activities of school and students easily.
