It aims to address four research questions and hypotheses through a quasi-experimental design involving pretest and posttest control groups. Two schools with identified bullying issues were selected, and eighty bullies participated, divided into treatment and control groups. Data collection utilized a researcher-developed questionnaire, validated for face and content validity. Results indicate a significant reduction in bullying behavior within the experimental group compared to the control group post-intervention. The analysis also sheds light on variables such as the prevalence of bullying and students' attrition, offering insights into different types of bullying behavior. Recommendations include adopting Reality Therapy as an effective intervention for addressing bullying behavior due to its holistic approach encompassing cognitive, behavioral, and social aspects. Additionally, the study suggests practical measures like enhancing school security and utilizing unused spaces for constructive activities. Raising student awareness about the dangers of bullying areas is also proposed to curb such behavior effectively.
