Survey design was used and questionnaires were administered to 84 staff of the company out of which 80 responses were actually analysed. The cost control and cost reduction techniques studied are budgets and standards for cost control and standardization of parts and value analysis for cost reduction. Chi-square was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The study found out that all the techniques are being used in the company.
