The study focused on assessing the level of knowledge of electronic health records among health professionals in UCH Ibadan, documenting the attitude of health professionals toward the adoption of electronic health records and investigating the factors impeding the use of electronic health records in UCH Ibadan To achieve the above-stated objectives, data was obtained through validated structured questionnaire. A total of 120 respondents constituted the sample size used in the study. The data were collated, entered into SPSS 21.0 and analyzed using frequency and percentages, the findings revealed that almost all the respondents had good knowledge of EHR, and it also revealed that there was favorable attitude toward EHR among the respondents which can contribute to the use of Electronic Health Record.
