The specific objectives were to determine the effect of organizational communication on workers's performance, examine how communication influences workers'' performance, and determine the extent to which communication affects the level of workers' commitment. To achieve the objectives of this research, the instrument of data collection used was the structured questionnaire, distributed to a sample size of 80 out of 100 staff. The data gathered was thereafter analyzed, presented and interpreted using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis and then presented in tables. From the findings of the study, it can be considered that Effective communication plays a key role in supporting the success of the organization.
