The objective of the study is to identify the various Information and Communication Technology skills required by Secretaries for proper job performance at Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja. In the course of carrying out the research, review of literature was carried out and references were made to several authors. The major instrument used for data collection is the questionnaire. The researcher analyzed the research questions using standard deviation. Findings reveal that the findings revealed that there are problems associated with record keeping on the job performance of the secretary in Kogi State Polytechnic.
