The objective of this study is to find out the level of acceptance of foreign programmes by Arise Television, Asaba, the perception of Nigerians towards foreign programmes in broadcast media and to determine the level of influence foreign programmes have on Nigeria’s culture. Survey research method was used for the study. The instrument used for this study was questionnaires. The researcher administered 56 copies of the questionnaire to the respondents, only 50 were retrieved and used as the basis of analysis for this study. The researcher used the simple percentage method in the tabulation of results.
