Data for this study were collected from primary and secondary sources. A total number of one hundred and fifty (150) copies of the questionnaire were distributed but only one-hundred (100) copies were correctly filled and returned which were analyzed with the use of frequency distribution tables and percentages. The findings of the study unveiled that if Ibesco and Sons do not consistently deliver high-quality products, they risk losing customers to competitors who offer better quality assurances, the study highlighted that bad quality not only drives customers away but also severely damages the company’s reputation and erodes trust in the brand. To solve this issue, Ibesco and Sons must prioritize improving product quality across the board. Implementing a strict quality control process and ensuring that only top-quality products reach the market is essential. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between product convenience and consumer perceptions of cement distributors in Afikpo, Ebonyi State. Therefore, it was recommended that Ibesco and Sons Nig Ltd prioritize maintaining high product quality to influence consumer demand and perception positively. By ensuring that the cement products meet industry standards and deliver consistent performance, the company can build trust with consumers in Ebonyi State.
