The study employed a descriptive cross-sectional design and utilized a purposive sampling technique to select 100 participants from various stakeholder groups within IBBU. A review of existing literature highlighted the multifaceted nature of industrial disharmony, its detrimental effects on education, and potential solutions. The study primarily relied on a structured questionnaire to collect data on stakeholder perceptions of causes, impacts, and solutions. Data analysis involved frequency distributions, percentages, and mean deviation scores. The research revealed that unfair labor practices, inadequate funding, and poor communication were key causes of industrial disharmony at IBBU. These factors led to consequences such as frequent strikes, decreased staff morale, and a stressful learning environment for students. The study also identified potential solutions, including establishing strong labor relations, prioritizing fair compensation, and ensuring adequate funding for education. This research contributes to the understanding of industrial disharmony within the Nigerian educational system. By identifying its causes, impacts, and potential solutions, the study offers valuable insights for policymakers, university management, labor unions, and all stakeholders involved in education.
