Key factors influencing productivity include clear communication channels, adequate resources, and recognition for outstanding performance. Bridging initiatives, including curriculum updates and industry partnerships, were found to effectively prepare students for the workforce. The study concludes that investing in tailored training programs, fostering innovation, and strengthening leadership development are essential for enhancing manpower development and productivity within the university.
