In recent years, access to finance has emerged as a critical factor influencing the growth and sustainability of MSMEs, which are vital to economic development and job creation. This research employs a mixed-method approach, utilizing quantitative data from surveys conducted among local business owners and qualitative interviews to gain insights into their experiences with soft loans.
