The research objectives are to evaluate the influence of interest rates and foreign exchange policies on market deregulation. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population consisted of 467 employees of 7Up Bottling Company, and a sample size of 215 respondents was selected using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. The findings revealed that interest rates and foreign exchange policies have a significant positive influence on market deregulation in the 7up Bottling Company, Idu FCT, Abuja, Nigeria. Based on these findings, the study recommended that the management of 7up Bottling Company maintain stable and predictable interest rate policies to encourage long-term investments and foster a conducive environment for market deregulation. Additionally, the government should adopt flexible and transparent foreign exchange policies to reduce uncertainty and enhance foreign investments.
