The research objectives are to determine the effect of management by objectives, performance feedback, and behavioral anchored rating scale on the productivity of employees in selected banks in Keffi, Nasarawa State. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population for the study consisted of employees from five selected deposit money banks in Keffi, and a sample was drawn using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. The findings revealed that management by objectives, performance feedback, and behavioral anchored rating scale have significant positive effects on employee productivity in the banking sector in Keffi, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Based on this, the researcher recommended that banks should strengthen their performance appraisal systems by adopting objective, behavior-based, and feedback-oriented evaluation approaches.
