The research objectives were to examine the impact of Just-In-Time (JIT), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) on operational efficiency in Dangote Cement Plc, Obajana, Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. The population for the study was 185 staff of the Production/Operations Department, and 126 respondents were used as the sample size, determined using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. The findings revealed that JIT, CI, and TPM have significant positive effects on the operational efficiency of Dangote Cement Plc, Obajana, Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria. Based on this, the researcher recommended that management should strengthen JIT practices by minimizing inventory levels, reducing waste, and improving supply chain coordination. Institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement, reviewing processes regularly, and investing in training, and prioritize the adoption and maintenance of TPM strategies through preventive maintenance programs, employee equipment-handling training, and continuous machinery monitoring.
