The study was intended to examine the state electoral commission to know if the citizen’s right of Franchise is well exercise and if the electoral commission is conducting a free and affair election as to be the result in a democratic society. Questionnaires were distributed to help collect data, the data collected were statistically organized and analyzed by using percentage and the researcher discovered that the state electoral commission in some of the elections conducted never meets that result of free and fair election as the fruit of democracy.
