The revolution is about development in technology in the use of automated machines. The trust is about information processing which affects no other person than the secretary. It involves new technology, new ways of handling and using these equipment modern offices are different from the old. Research questions were formulated and made use of collection of data from respondent 30 questionnaires was distributed, while only 25 were returned. Descriptive statistic method was used and analyzed using four points mean scale. A mean score of 280 and above will be considered significant (s) and below will be considered not significant (NS). Automation has really enhanced the work of the secretary by ensuring greater speed and accuracy. It was also found out that there is a need to send secretaries on training programs on the use of modern automation as this will be beneficial to the organization.
