The aim is to know the level of training and strategies that can be adopted in this training package to improve on workers'' performance and productivity. The research is an outcome of intensive research. In the cause of this research, the researcher was able to articulate the objective of the study, statement of the problem, significant of the study and scope of the study in chapter one. Review of relevant literature works was carried out in chapter two, while in chapter three treated the methodology, research design population of studying, instrument for data collection validity and reliability of instrument. The sample techniques used were Random Techniques. The selection was conducted randomly within the personnel in an organization. Five (5) of them were from top management level and fifteen (15) from both senior and junior level. Finally, the researcher made several findings, recommendations and conclusions.
