Abstract
There are inherent and numerous impact of motivation on the productivity of workers (a case study of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede). This impact generally forms the motivation on the productivity of workers in Federal Polytechnic, Nekede. The opening chapter starts with introduction and statements of problems. In chapter two, the researcher looked at the literature review, while chapter three lay emphasis on research design and methodology, chapter four covers the presentation and analysis of data, while chapter five covers the summary, conclusion and recommendation. In light of some outstanding findings made by the researcher are the following: a) Evidence proved that in order to ensure a favourable attitude of workers towards their job, an appreciation standard has to support resources and services. b) The government authority concerned should supply resources such as regular payment of workers' salaries in time as at and when due, rent subsidy pension, gratuity, insurance and transport etc.   ...
