The nutritional knowledge and practice is very significant to human survival which promotes maternal and child health and reduces maternal mortality as well as increasing life expectancy. Inadequate nutritional education and practice can lead to various diseases, high blood pressure, icon deficiency and anemia structure questionnaire of three sections with nine-question were administrated to the (70) respondents in the selected household in Idah, Local Government Area Of Kogi State. The collected data were analyzed with table on a simple percentage to analyze the research question with descriptive statistic survey method the result from the analysis indicate that the highest percentage of the respondent had the nutritional knowledge and they are practicing it.
