All countries in the world have an immunization programme to deliver selected vaccines to the targeted beneficiaries. Especially focusing on infants and children who are at high risk of diseases preventable by vaccines. This project work was carried out to Investigate On The Effect Of Immunization In Children Between The Age Of[0-5years] In Family Health Centre Idah Local Government Area Kogi State. Over one hundred and twenty mothers of children from 0– 5 years of age, health workers in-charge of immunization in family health centers were included in the study. Questionnaires were distributed to mothers and respondents to assess the following parameters Age of the mothers, educational status, socio-economic status, awareness, knowledge of immunization, the impact of immunization on previous siblings. Statistic analysis of data was done using simple percentage, bar chart, pie chart.
