This study is to assess whether there exists a relationship between different leadership styles and how they influence Health Information Managers' performance. In this study, we adopt a survey questionnaire, and employed an evaluative descriptive analysis method. Analysis was based on Primary data generated through a planned leadership style questionnaire (LSQ) administered to participants or respondents. The result illustrates that, there is a positive relationship between the leadership style that is operated in the hospital and the performance of health information managers. The study analyzes that the democratic form of leadership been operated in the hospital was more suitable in inducing and enhancing the performance of HIM staff in the hospital.
