It also informed the health officers on the attitude of couples towards modern family planning in the study area. Among the objectives is to identify the attitude of couples toward modem family planning in Birnin Gwari. Furthermore, to investigate misconception that prevents the use of modem family planning among couple in Birnin Gwari. Many medical and allied literatures were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research used descriptive survey to sample 52 residence of Birnin Gwari Local Government Area, Kaduna State. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 52 questionnaires were distributed out of which 43 were retrieved.
