Eventually, this research is subdivided into five chapters, chapter one deals with introduction, background of the study, statement of the problem, objective of the study, research questions, significance of the study, scope of the study, etc. Chapter two is concerned with the literature review, the concepts of lending and credit policy factors in loan policy formulation, general objective and criteria of lending policy, bank credit risk and management, problems of bank lending, chapter three has to do with research design and methodology methods of data collection, population and sample size, sample techniques. While chapter four is presented and analysis of data, analysis of data and test of hypothesis and chapter five focus on summary, conclusion and recommendations.
