The objectives of the study were set thus to find out if the residents of Uyo watch NTA Uyo news, to find out the perception of Uyo residents towards NTA Uyo news presentation, to determine the more convenient time Uyo residents watch NTA Uyo news broadcast and also to find out the level of motivation of Uyo residents over NTA Uyo news broadcast. The researcher used cluster sampling techniques to generate data which questionnaire forms were the principal instrument used for data collection.
