This renovation was done to enable the free flow of water and also changed bad and unwanted materials. The material used like W.c, PVC, pipes and many more. the application of the materials and products was supported by some civil engineering students so as to help them broaden their knowledge of plumbing works. The door frame was also renovated and the wood used is of mahogany tree. The wood is free from degradation like biological deterioration, and mechanical degradation and also the timber is free from defects like termites eating up the wood. The preservative measures of the timber were taken to resist the attack of insects on the timber.
