The nutrition related parameters studied were moisture, ash, crude protein, Crude lipid, crude fiber, crude fat, total carbohydrates, Protein content was 18.24%,Crude fat was 1.90%, crude fiber (0.4%), ash (0.40%), carbohydrates by estimation was 77.36%., moisture content (1.70%) and lipid (1.90%). The research results can be used for investigators and food companies for the recipe development of bean processed foods, including fortified products.
