The main objective of this research is too carried out to determine the effect of customer services management and its developmental stand on the day-to-day banking operations in an organization, to examine the effect of customer service management on company development, to successfully carried out this research, three questions were formulated and structured questionnaires was designed based on the research questions. The survey design was adopted, the target population of the study was 50 respondents and 50 respondents were used as the sample size. To find solutions to the effect of customer service management on company development, the researcher used primary and secondary data as it was only restricted to Jalingo Local Government Area, Taraba State. A sample of 50 respondents was selected using cluster sampling technique. The data collected was analysed and presented in a tabular form for easy understanding. Also, simple percentages were used for further analysis.
