The study managed to collect data from 100 respondents most of who were Hausa by tribe. The age distribution of the respondents was between 18-40 years. The study revealed that there is a lack of knowledge about the health benefits of exclusive breastfeeding. This is concerning, as it could lead to mothers choosing not to breastfeed or to stop breastfeeding early. This could have a negative impact on the health of both mothers and babies. Lack of support or advice on breastfeeding from healthcare providers. This could be due to a number of factors, such as a lack of awareness of the importance of breastfeeding, lack of training for healthcare providers, or cultural norms that discourage breastfeeding.
