The study uses different strategies to bring cooperative to the knowledge of people, disseminating information to members of the public. Data was collected by means of questionnaires administered to people of Oluyole (IB.) NUT CICS LTD, the analysis of responses of the respondents was done using a statistical package for social sciences. The management committee needs to perform competently toward the dissemination of cooperative education and to ensure that members of the public are responding positively. In conclusion, effective cooperative education of members of the public through seminars, workshops etc. is the best strategy for the promotion of cooperative awareness among members of the public.
