The study highlighted problems confronting customers of the telecommunication industry and recommended possible solutions to overcome some mentioned problems. The method of billing customers by the organization was studied along with the nature of feelings, attitudes and behaviors of employees toward their respective duties with a view to achieving results. Furthermore, reasons for the frequent poor network method which hinder efficient service delivery were examined. We attempted to gather data for this project using a sample population of 120 by adopting the non-stratified random sampling techniques and analyzing the data with both the simple one-way and cross tabulation statistical tools.
