Abstract
The aim of the research work is to assess the role of the media in anti-corruption campaign various assumption were made as regard the above topic some of these assumption are to find out if media assessment is directly dependent on the level of exposure to the media. The study also worked on the assumption that media are playing an indispensable role in the fight against corruption. These assumptions help to generate the primary data used for the purpose of the research work. The study looked at the concept of corruption and its effect on the social and economic development of Nigeria, the method of chi-square was adopted for the purpose of the analysis. At the end of the analysis, we found out that the p-value was less than the level of significance of the assumptions made above. Findings showed that the assessment derived from media is commendable....
