The study employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing questionnaires and interviews to collect data from 384 respondents. The findings revealed that cultural beliefs significantly impact immunization uptake, with cultural myths, misconceptions, and the influence of cultural leaders playing a substantial role. Positive attitudes toward immunization were prevalent, and public awareness campaigns and service accessibility were identified as contributing factors. Immunization programs were perceived to have a positive impact on disease eradication.
