The study aims to analyze the positive correlation between autocratic, transactional and employee productivity in the hotel, to examine the autocratic effect on employee productivity in the hotel, and to analyze the effect of transactional on employee productivity in the hotel. Methodology: - The study employed the survey method. A total of 50 respondents were selected which comprised employees in Mambillah Hotel, Ikorodu metropolis participated in the study. Simple percentage and frequency were used to analyze the demographic data of the respondents while regression analysis was used to analyze the hypotheses using statistical package for social science (SPSS version 23). Findings: -The Hypothesis1 outcome of the regression coefficients indicates an insignificant correlation between autocratic leadership styles and employee productivity. The t - value is 1.378 (Less than the tabular value 1.96). The p-value is higher than 0.05 (p 0.175). The hypothesis 2 outcome of the regression coefficients indicates a significant positive correlation between transactional leadership styles and employee productivity. The t-value is 2.838 (larger than the tabular value 1.96).
