The need for effective management of construction work is definitely required if work is to be completed on time with the desired quality. In the research, presented that an average of (54%) of the project cost is spent on material purchase, and as such quality material (40%) should be purchased and stored properly since the entire research presented that the quality of material affects the construction work, and client involvement in construction has generally been the problem limiting project management. In the research, presented that by effective site supervision (40%) on all work stages time, personnel and material would be managed well, which has a consequential effect on the cost and quality of the construction work in general. In the research, presented that most of the management tools are being applied in construction work or even during the design stage (cost management 100%), but on the site personnel management (50%) is not applied.
