The research design employed for the study was descriptive survey design, The population of the study were both male and female students between the ages of 17 and 24 years of Kumbotso local government, Kano. The instrument for data collection was a self-develop questionnaire validated by the researcher’s supervisor. A sample of one hundred and fifty (150) which consisted of twenty-five (25.) households from Danbare was chosen for this study. And, data were analyzed using frequency and percentage. The result revealed that the knowledge of the school health program was low among the respondents, and a large number of the respondents had never practiced self-health maintenance within their environment.
