A sample of MTN Nigeria Ltd. is taken for research. The research made use of data generated from questionnaires distributed to the sampled companies. The data was analyzed by means of simple percentage and chi-square to analyze the data. The results showed that board size has a positive and significant association with CSR, thus, the most important determinant of corporate social responsibility disclosure of the companies. Based on the findings, the study recommends among others it will be necessary for the company to earmark more funds as a social responsibility investment fund. Audit committee composition and board composition should comprise competent members.
