To achieve this aim, the researcher used personal interview, questionnaires administration and documentary methods to collect information. Also, percentage and chi-square techniques were used for analyzing and testing of hypothesis. The finding of the study showed that, the shareholder have a great impact on the Management of Business Enterprises and that, the shareholders are very much concerned about the bank’s growth and profitability. Furthermore, it was observe that shareholders affect the management of business enterprises but positively and negatively. Finally, the researcher concludes by making some recommendations such as the directors of the bank should be made to own 45% share as share shall also be at stake if poorly managed. And finally.
