Therefore, it is essential for individuals to continuously update their computer skills to remain relevant and competitive in the job market. The findings reveal that the effective productivity and performance of secretaries in organizations is influenced by the computer skills they possess, and also that there are impacts of computer skills on secretaries and their performance in an organization.
